Netlink Software Group Announces Acquisition of VinPlus LLC SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 5 - Netlink Software Group, the automotive IT practice leader, today announced the acquisition of VinPlus LLC, in a major expansion of IT service capabilities for the North American automotive market. 'This acquisition rounds out our automotive IT portfolio with Netlink's proven track record of innovative IT solutions for OEMs and VinPlus's experience in serving dealers, the aftermarket providers, financial services and marketing companies.
